VFX Artist

Summary

Join Sperasoft as a VFX Artist and contribute to the creation of stunning visual effects for AAA+ game projects. You will collaborate with a team of designers, artists, and engineers to develop real-time particle systems, shaders, and textures using proprietary software. This role requires experience in creating efficient real-time visual effects using UE4/UE5 Cascade Editor or Unity, along with a strong understanding of 3D asset creation, texture maps, and shaders. You will be responsible for evaluating and initiating processes to improve production efficiency and possess excellent problem-solving skills. Requirements

• Experience on at least one production project as a FX Artist
• Experience of creating efficient real-time visual effects using the UE4/UE5 Cascade Editor (or Unity)
• Ability to understand and create texture maps
• Understanding of 3D asset creation
• Knowlege of Photoshop
• Experience of relevant 3D art & animation packages – Maya or 3D Max
• Understanding of shaders and textures
• Ability to accept feedback, and responds to criticism positively
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Create stunning effects and immersive visuals, working with Designers, Artists, and Engineers
• Create real-time particle systems and shaders via proprietary software
• Create textures for particle systems and shaders
• Evaluate and initiate processes and features needed to improve and streamline production
