Summary

Join Sword Health as their Regional Vice President of Labor & Public Sector Sales and help them expand their market presence in the labor and public sector. Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of labor & public sector sales relationships and experience
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time
  • Expertise in healthcare, self-Insured employers, health benefits, digital MSK solutions, or disease management
  • Solid public speaking skills, easily speaking in front of groups and delivering presentations with confidence and authority

Responsibilities

  • Attend labor & public sector conferences, trade shows and events as needed to spread awareness of Sword and build labor & public sector relationships
  • Autonomously drive deals from initial discovery stages to win/close
  • Work with legal teams on contract negotiations and final signatures
  • Find and cultivate new labor & public public sector leads, successfully converting them into qualified sales opportunities
  • Drive new business growth within the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in labor unions and public sector organizations
  • Develop strategic outreach plans to expand market presence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
  • Thoroughly prepare for presentations and anticipate questions and objections
  • Work with the implementation team to ensure a successful enrollment of the Sword Health’s MSK digital solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Startup or digital point solution experience is a plus
