Requirements

  • Deep understanding of user acquisition solutions, programmatic advertising, buying, and selling
  • Demonstrated success leading sales teams that sell to clients, agencies and agency trading desks
  • Deep industry relationships, preferably at holding company agencies and their ATDs as well as with app developers and Ad Age Top 200 Advertisers
  • Innovative, forward-thinking, high-energy, and results-oriented, who thrives in a fast-paced/dynamic environment
  • Analytical/strategic thinker, resourceful, creative problem solver, and compelling change agent
  • Strong time management abilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to present effectively across multiple levels in an organization including VP & C-Level audiences
  • Extensive knowledge of the digital landscape, mobile landscape, and the media industry

Responsibilities

  • Manage, lead, train, and motivate the assigned US Category sales team
  • Strategic leadership of major US Brand & Performance Advertising Partnerships
  • Work with the executive leadership team to define, achieve, forecast, and exceed revenue and business goals
  • Upsell new user acquisition campaigns and products in order to drive broader adoption across the Digital Turbine platform of products
  • Continuously evolve sales systems and processes to operate with optimal efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with our Client Services and Technical Account Management leaders to deliver innovative ideas to our customers while ensuring the highest level of customer service
  • Understand the needs, goals, and objectives of the performance, brand and agency buying community and actively advocate on their behalf with our marketing & product teams
  • Responsible for ensuring best-in-class representation within the advertising community
  • Active involvement in the day-to-day management of Salesforce, ability to track progress and manage reports on a regular basis
