Join Great Minds as a Strategic Finance Director and lead the company's long-range financial planning, capital investment analysis, and financial forecasting. You will report to the CFO and collaborate with various departments to assess market opportunities and revenue potential. This role involves developing and executing long-term financial plans, evaluating capital projects, overseeing the annual capital budget, and managing financial risks. Requirements
- Public Accounting or other Accounting experience
- 12+ years in Strategic Finance; 7+ years managing an effective team strategically aligned with company goals
- Accounting or Finance degree; Masterβs preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-range financial plans, including 3β5 year business plans and scenario analysis
- Working with the Chief Strategy Officer, develop and implement long-term capital expenditure plans, ensuring alignment with the company's overall financial strategy and goals
- Manage the market model, including linkage of forward market data to sales targeting data
- Build long range financial model based on these inputs
- Provide strategic financial advice and support to executive leadership on various initiatives, including M&A activities
- Evaluate the financial viability of proposed capital projects, considering factors such as ROI, risk assessment, and long-term implications
- Oversee the development and management of the annual capital budget, including the allocation of funds to various projects and the linkage to the LRP
- Working with Accounting and the PMO, track the progress of capital projects, monitor costs, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with capital projects and investments
- Prepare reports on the financial performance of capital assets, including returns on investment, cost variances, and project performance metrics

Benefits
- The expected base salary range for this position is $228,000-$261,000, however the offered salary may be higher or lower than the above range dependent on numerous factors including, but not limited to location, work experience, skills and internal equity considerations
- The base salary is not inclusive of benefits or other incentives
