Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
- 10+ years of sales experience
- 3+ years 2nd line sales leadership, preferably in a marketplace
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools
- Strong understanding of sales analytics and reporting
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute “high intensity “ outbound sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and market trends
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of early career sales professionals
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to managers and sales team members to ensure their success
- Set and manage sales quotas and daily performance metrics
- Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Proven ability to build and scale sales teams
- Experience with a variety of sales methodologies (e.g., solution selling, consultative selling)
