Requirements

  • 3+ years 2nd line sales leadership, preferably in a marketplace
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools
  • Strong understanding of sales analytics and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute “high intensity “ outbound sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and market trends
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of early career sales professionals
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to managers and sales team members to ensure their success
  • Set and manage sales quotas and daily performance metrics
  • Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Proven ability to build and scale sales teams
  • Experience with a variety of sales methodologies (e.g., solution selling, consultative selling)
