Join Ivanti as the RVP of Enterprise Sales - NE Region, leading a team of 9 enterprise sellers and driving regional revenue growth. This role requires a business-focused leader with experience in large corporate and high-growth companies. Responsibilities include quota attainment, revenue generation through cross-selling and customer retention, quarterly forecasting, pipeline management, and driving corporate initiatives. You will coach, mentor, and develop a sales team, collaborate with marketing and partners, and engage with strategic accounts. Success requires coaching a team to exceed revenue targets, building strategic account plans, accurate forecasting, and close collaboration with other Ivanti teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years developing business in the US as a Sales Manager
- At least 3-5 years of sales leadership experience with Enterprise teams
- At least 2-3 years of selling and/or managing teams focused on the NE Region
Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for a team of 9 enterprise sellers representing our enterprise Northeast US and Eastern Canada customers
- Quota attainment per Quarter and annual
- Drive revenue through cross-sell, customer migrations and retention
- Responsible for quarterly forecasting
- Manage pipeline growth across over 1,000 customers
- Drive corporate initiatives including market drivers like cloud adoption across a complete portfolio of IT, Service Management and Security solutions
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of individual contributors focused on creating demand, sales closures, and account management to Enterprise customers
- Work with marketing, channel partners, and carriers to develop specific Go-to-market and demand generation activities
- Engage with leadership within strategic accounts as their executive sponsor
- Lead Ivanti’s engagements with industry relevant associations
- Coach a team in achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Build, teach and foster a process of strategic account mapping, strategic account planning and strategic account joint sales success between IVANTI field sales and the extended partner network sales teams
- Accurate and timely forecasting using Customer Relationship Management tools
- Collaborate closely with other IVANTI team members to ensure alignment and integration of sales and channel strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and execution
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with sales methodology, rigor and accountability – MEDDPICC strongly preferred
