Video Editor

Summary

Join Care Access as a Video Editor, where you will craft compelling video stories from existing and new footage. This remote position requires 7+ years of post-production experience with Adobe Suite proficiency. You will edit long-form and short-form content, collaborate with teams, and ensure accuracy in final edits. The ideal candidate is a fast learner, adaptable, and possesses strong communication skills. Occasional travel may be required. Requirements

• Seven or more years of experience in post-production
• Adobe Suite
• Technical knowledge of Adobe’s post-production workflows
• Ability to work with RAW 4k(+) footage
• Color Correction
• Possess a solid understanding of video production process from concept to completion
• Ability to translate high level creative concepts into edits
• Flexibility to juggle multiple projects at once and adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to apply feedback through various rounds of review
• Ability to animate basic graphics and work with AE templates
• Fast learner, eager to learn new tools and techniques in postproduction
• Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited university or college

Responsibilities

• Create compelling stories and engaging content from existing and new footage
• Support the team by prepping projects, creating stringouts, and mastering
• Edit long-form and short-form documentary style content
• Edit short form pieces including interviews, social media content, and other related content
• Work with pre-production and production teams to ensure “shoot for edit”
• Work with stakeholders for accuracy in final edits
• Other related post-production tasks as assigned
