Join Decentralized Masters, a DeFi educational platform, as a Video Editor. You will edit videos to specified lengths and handle video files, ensuring smooth distribution across mobile and web platforms. Responsibilities include shooting video content, exploring creative directions, adjusting formats, and incorporating various effects. You will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the production process and continuously improve efficiency by adopting new technologies. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of video editing and post-production experience
• The ability to: Motion graphics
• Use the right B-rolls
• Understanding of branding
• Speed of execution
• Proficient in various non-linear video editing tools and other software
• Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles
• Creative and innovative
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good command of the English language

Responsibilities

• Edits videos to targeted length and specifications
• Handles and organizes raw and edited video files
• Exports videos and facilitates mobile and web distribution
• Shoots video and produces content as necessary
• Explores different versions and directions
• Adjusts formats and file sizes as needed
• Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
• Create rough and final cuts
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
• Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Film or related field
