Summary

Join our client's growing marketing team as a Video Editor, working remotely to create engaging video content for leadership development and executive coaching. You will edit raw footage, collaborate on content creation, incorporate motion graphics, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality videos. The ideal candidate possesses advanced video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, along with expertise in motion graphics and platform optimization. Success is measured by weekly and monthly video production targets, maintaining on-time delivery, and contributing to customer acquisition cost and click-through rate goals. The role requires a deep understanding of direct response principles and a data-driven approach to editing.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of direct response principles and how to apply them specifically to video content to drive action
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro , with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Skill with After Effects or similar tools to create compelling visuals that enhance message delivery and call-to-action visibility
  • Expert knowledge of technical requirements and best practices for optimizing video across YouTube , LinkedIn , Instagram , and learning platforms
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust editing approaches based on what converts
  • Exceptional ability to craft narratives that resonate with target audiences while maintaining brand voice

Responsibilities

  • Edit raw footage into high-quality, polished videos for use in promotional materials, training modules, client testimonials, social media, and other digital platforms
  • Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and create video content that promotes coaching services and leadership programs
  • Incorporate basic motion graphics or animations into videos to enhance the visual appeal and engagement of the content
  • Ensure that each video is clear, concise, and aligned with the company’s brand, messaging, and vision
  • Edit and deliver videos on a fast-paced schedule, keeping up with deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality
  • Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute video strategies that help drive conversions, client engagement, and awareness
