Requirements
- 3+ years editing performance-driven video ads
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools
- Strong grasp of A/B testing, ad metrics, and conversion optimization
- Ability to translate performance data into creative decisions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, iterative environment with quick turnaround times
- Strong visual storytelling, pacing, and motion design skills
Responsibilities
- Produce and edit short-form performance videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other growth channels
- Collaborate with creative strategists and growth marketers to develop ad concepts aligned with campaign goals
- Iterate on winning creatives using A/B testing data, optimizing for metrics like CTR, CVR, and ROAS
- Maintain a scalable creative production process, creating templates and systems for rapid experimentation
- Stay informed on performance trends in mobile and gaming ads, analyzing top creatives to inspire new ideas
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating assets for mobile games or consumer apps is a plus
