Video Production Intern

Summary

Join HubSpot's Media and Brand Marketing teams as a social video-savvy intern! This internship blends video production with language and cultural expertise, focusing on international YouTube channels. You'll create engaging, localized content for diverse global audiences. The ideal candidate is a student pursuing a career in video production, communications, marketing, journalism, or linguistics, with experience creating YouTube content and a passion for multilingual content creation. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an educational program through December 2025
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) from June to August
• Have experience creating content (short or long form) for YouTube specifically
• Understand digital content trends and know what works (and what doesn’t) on the YouTube platform
• Have a passion for video storytelling with a global audience in mind
• Are interested in language localization, translation, or cultural adaptation of video content
• Can use data to inspire creativity and expand the possibilities of content production
• Are excited to make fun and engaging educational content that resonates internationally

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, localized content for HubSpot’s international YouTube channels
• Help create content that resonates with diverse audiences worldwide
• Blend video production with language and cultural expertise
• Work alongside top-tier creatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English (especially Spanish, French, or German)
• Experience hosting videos on platforms like YouTube or Instagram
• Interest in, or experience with, the use of AI tools to support the production process (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Castmagic, HeyGen or ElevenLabs, Descript, etc.)

• Cash compensation range: 25-25 USD Hourly
• Base salary
• On-target commission for employees in eligible roles
