Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- 2+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing roles, with a focus on campaign execution and analysis
- Proven experience in CRM or email marketing roles, preferably in the online gambling or gaming industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms, with proficiency in scheduling and deploying email, text, push, and in-app notifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and metrics to drive insights and optimization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- This position requires state licensing in accordance with applicable regulations
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing and CRM Manager to develop and execute CRM campaigns across email, text, push, and in-app notifications
- Create engaging and personalized content for CRM communications, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and marketing objectives
- Schedule and deploy CRM communications according to established timelines and best practices, paying close attention to audience segmentation and targeting
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct regular analysis of key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and analytics teams, to coordinate CRM initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CRM, email marketing, and customer engagement, incorporating learnings into campaign strategies and execution
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with online gambling or brick & motor Casino is a plus
