Join our team as a Virtual Event Coach/Sales Closer! We're looking for experienced sales closers with a public speaking background to coach aspiring speakers in our live virtual bootcamps. You'll conduct pre-event consultations, lead breakout sessions, and close high-ticket sales ($9,000-$25,000). This 1099 contract position offers a lucrative commission structure, qualified leads, remote work flexibility, and the potential for growth into a full-time role. Help aspiring speakers transform their careers while earning a competitive income. Events are held twice a month.
Requirements
- Have a proven track record in closing high-ticket sales ($9,000+), with real, verifiable sales volume metrics
- Have a background as a public speaker, trainer, or coach, with the ability to connect with and inspire aspiring speakers
- Be proficient in sales tech tools and platforms like HubSpot, Zoom, Slack, and email marketing tools
- Possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to high standards of integrity and client care
- Be comfortable in a commission-based role with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Responsibilities
- Conduct 1:1 introductory and discovery calls with assigned leads to build rapport and identify their goals
- Nurture assigned leads via personalized text and email follow-ups to maintain engagement before the event
- Participate in pre-event sales meetings to align on goals, strategies, and best practices
- Attend all main training sessions (delivered via Zoom) to stay engaged and interact with leads via private chat
- Lead small group breakout sessions (15-30 participants) after each main session to help attendees workshop content, answer questions, and inspire them with your personal speaking experience
- Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and credibility to create a positive and impactful experience for all participants
- Conduct 1:1 follow-up sales calls with participants in your breakout group to close high-ticket deals
- Drive sales through persistent nurturing and follow-up efforts over 1-2 weeks post-event
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining ethical and client-focused practices
