Requirements

• Possess excellent language skills in professional English and Swedish and Norwegian (C1-C2 level)
• Have 2+ years of experience in a leisure-orientated sector of business, hospitality, retail, leisure, Customer service, concierge or call center
• Demonstrate exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers, and clients, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
• Possess strong administration skills and the ability to prioritize workloads to meet strict deadlines
• Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture
• Be service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure

• Be computer literate to a high level and proficient with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); additional software or CRM tools experience is an advantage
• Be available for a full-time 37.5-hour per week role on a rotational shift basis, able to work a 5-day work week between the hours of 08:00-20:00 GMT including weekend shifts
• Be located in Norway and have a secure home office at your confirmed address, free from background noise or other distractions
• Meet minimum internet speed requirements for remote work (if applicable)
