Join Discovery Behavioral Health (DBH), a national leader in behavioral healthcare, as a Group Facilitator and provide therapeutic treatment using evidence-based mental health methods. You will facilitate scheduled groups, document sessions in the EMR, and collaborate with other staff to develop comprehensive treatment programs. This 100% remote position requires a stable internet connection and a confidential work environment. The role involves leading 4-5 psychoeducational groups daily, adapting to client needs, and creating a safe space for learning new skills. After 90 days, you're eligible for additional training and a pay increase. Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field
- Experience working in behavioral healthcare
- Experience running groups in some setting
- Must Have Stable WIFI conenction, confidential working environment to work remotely. 100% remote position
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with Clinical Director and/or Program Director and other professional staff to help develop comprehensive program of therapy, evaluation and treatment
- Responsible for delivering appropriate topic to scheduled groups
- Responsible for completing all group notes immediately after leading each group
- Document all services provided in clients' medical record
- Knowledge of company’s policy and procedures, DMHAS and Joint Commission standards and regulations. Adhere to all regulations and maintain accurate and timely client charting in compliance and according to the clinical guidelines
- Periodically participates in staff meeting, providing training with regard to therapeutic services and, mental health topics
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director including but not limited to meeting with clients individually for support
