Summary

Job Description: Included Health is seeking a Remote Mental Health Therapist licensed in Massachusetts to provide virtual therapy services. This is a 1099 Contractor position with a focus on individual virtual therapy, treatment plan development, and maintaining patient records. The role requires a Master's degree from an accredited program, 3+ years of unsupervised psychotherapy experience for LCSW, 6+ years for LMFT, and 5+ years for LPC/LMHC. Strong communication skills are required.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE accredited program (for LCSW)
• 3+ years of unsupervised/post licensure psychotherapy treatment experience (for LCSW)
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Massachusetts
• Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision (for all roles)
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of current residence

Responsibilities

• Provide individual virtual therapy through Included Health's Telehealth platform
• Assess patients via a video-based encounter
• Perform virtual remote counseling, psychotherapy, comprehensive mental health evaluations
• Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans
• Evaluate results of mental health assessments
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic support to patients
• Collect, record and maintain sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history and reports
