Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in personal injury law, with expertise in drafting legal documents and managing case files
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, video conferencing platforms, and legal research tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Work remotely with your own laptop and smartphone with broadband internet access
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of recent paralegal experience in personal injury law
- Availability to respond to requests within an hour, 9 AM - 6 PM, Monday–Friday
- Quiet location for phone calls
Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, motions, and affidavits
- Organize and manage personal injury case files, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally
- Assist attorneys with settlement preparation, mediation, and trial preparation, including exhibit organization and coordinating witnesses
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and managing calendars
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and case progress
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Workers’ Compensation is a preferred plus
