Voice Engineer

Summary

Makpar is seeking a Voice Engineer to provide comprehensive administrative, technical, and operational support for Wireless and Voice Services. The role involves designing and implementing solutions for wireless and voice services, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing assets, offering end-user support, and using incident management systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience supporting enterprise wireless and voice services
• Experience in IT support for wireless and voice services
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Teams Mobile, O365 Mobile, Apple iPhones, iOS, and Apple Business Manager
• Familiarity with video conferencing solutions and mobile device management
• Proficient in incident management and troubleshooting
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Candidates must be a US Citizen or a Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card status) for 3 years and be Federal Tax compliant

Responsibilities

• Design & Implementation: Develop and implement solutions for wireless and voice services, including video conferencing and mobile device management
• Technical Support: Provide technical support for wireless and voice services, including Microsoft Teams Mobile, O365 Mobile, and Apple-based products
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with IT wireless equipment, video conferencing systems, MiFi devices, and iPhones
• Incident Management: Use incident management systems to handle and resolve trouble tickets for IT-related issues
• Asset Management: Manage and track IT assets and support the distribution of IT supplies
• End-User Support: Offer exceptional support to end-users and assist with IT wireless and voice service-related issues
