Responsibilities

• Lead a small, high-impact team of senior specialists
• Take full ownership of the team's strategy and execution
• Ensure that the pulse of the customer is not only heard but also deeply understood and acted upon across the entire organization
• Be the primary advocate for the customer in leadership forums
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive tangible improvements to the customer experience and foster long-term loyalty
• Mature our VoC program, expanding its influence, and solidifying its position as a strategic partner to all business units
• Guide and mentor this talented team, harnessing the power of AI to transform vast amounts of customer data into the compelling, strategic insights that will propel our company forward and ensure we continue to set the standard for customer delight in the industry
