Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and recruit volunteers to support TEEI’s programs and initiatives
• Post volunteer opportunities on recruitment platforms and manage applications
• Screen, interview, and onboard volunteers in line with TEEI’s mission and values
• Collaborate with the TEEI team to ensure the right match for each role
• Act as an ambassador for TEEI, promoting volunteer opportunities through online and offline channels
• Be part of a mission-driven organization creating real change
• Develop or enhance your skills in recruitment, HR, and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruitment, HR, or volunteer coordination experience is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with recruitment tools like Workable or a willingness to learn
