Summary

Join Natera as a dynamic business head to lead and expand our In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) business. You will oversee all aspects of the IVF division, including sales, C-suite relationship building, vendor management, and market development. A strong track record of success as a business leader is essential. The role reports to the General Manager of Women's Health. Flexibility on the title is possible based on seniority and experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the IVF space
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales management
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with experience engaging with C-suite executives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the IVF business
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve growth and profitability targets
  • Oversee the management of clinical trials to ensure timely and successful completion
  • Oversee IVF tailored Marketing campaigns in collaboration with Sales with the ultimate goal of improving market share
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on excellence and innovation. Lead a cross-functional team which will include a mix of direct and matrixed reports across Product, Medical, Marketing and Sales
  • Work to develop a compelling user experience and product road-map for IVF
  • Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand the IVF business
  • Implement market development programs to increase brand awareness and market penetration
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives of major IVF networks
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to enhance service offerings and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Prior experience in the IVF industry
