Join a dynamic company as the Sales Vice President, responsible for selling bswift enrollment technology and benefits administration products and services to prospective customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success in the benefits administration industry

Responsibilities

  • Represent bswift technology and benefits administration products and services to prospective channel partner distributors
  • Cultivate productive and influential relationships with channel partners and prospects, and consultants/brokers
  • Establish prospect sales strategies and lead RFP responses
  • Lead internal team meeting preparation for external sales efforts, and all stages of prospect meetings. Develop and execute assigned vertical sales/growth strategy; proactively prospect in assigned area of focus
  • Establish a market presence in assigned area of focus by participating in select market forums, collaborating with bswift peers, and cultivating market relationships
  • Negotiate initial sales contracts and letters of intent to execution
  • Manage complex negotiations and position products, rate levels, and expanded product portfolios to increase sales and maximize revenue
  • Identify various ways to partner with the channel partner by drawing from entire spectrum of product line. Gain understanding of channel partner prospect’s ' multifaceted needs and recommend appropriate benefits from bswift's full product array of enrollment technology and service capabilities
  • Maintain an active pipeline of channel partner prospects
  • Provide effective presentations to all external and internal constituents

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $130,000-$180,000
  • Generous compensation and benefits package
