Summary

Join Dane Street as VP, IME Operations and oversee all aspects of Independent Medical Examination (IME) divisions. Lead cross-functional teams, implement KPIs to monitor efficiency and productivity, and develop operational strategies to optimize workflow and improve service quality. Oversee provider networks, scheduling, case management, and quality assurance. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and process innovation. Mentor and develop a high-performing operations team, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and contribute to company-wide initiatives. This role requires 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations with IME experience preferred.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare operations; IME or similar healthcare services experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of operational excellence, staff leadership, and process improvement
  • Present exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
  • The ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
  • Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
  • Supply and support their own internet services
  • Maintaining an uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement of all work from home position

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day oversight of all IME operations, including referral and board management, provider relations, scheduling, quality assurance, and reporting
  • Implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor efficiency and productivity. KPIs include turnaround time (TAT), Quality (measured via clarifications), Operational Issues (%), and customer feedback
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that optimize the IME workflow, reduce turnaround times, and improve service quality
  • Oversee provider network utilization, scheduling, case management, and quality assurance processes
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, performance metrics, and process innovation
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional operations team to support a culture of accountability and excellence
  • Drive operational efficiency, scalability, and standardization across regions or functional teams
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement business strategies aligned with corporate objectives
  • Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs, service level agreements (SLAs), and other performance metrics
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Directors, Managers, and other key staff to build a high-performing, results-oriented culture
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and industry regulations related to medical reviews, data privacy, and client contracts
  • Participate in executive leadership discussions, contributing to company-wide strategic planning
  • Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs
