Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Strong understanding of EOR solutions and workforce management practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build new lead funnels
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for EOR services, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities
  • Originate strong relationships with prospects, key clients and partners, selling directly and through channel partnerships
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential customer segments for EOR solutions
  • Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking of key performance metrics, and timely follow-ups with prospects
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and materials that effectively promote EOR services
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and growth opportunities to the executive team
