Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in solution marketing or product marketing within a professional services or IT consulting environment
- Proven track record of developing successful commercialization models for service-based solutions
- Deep understanding of the professional services industry and experience working with customer success teams to ensure solution adoption
- Strong cross-functional experience with product management, sales, and delivery teams
- Analytical expertise to interpret market trends, customer insights, and the competitive landscape
Responsibilities
- Lead the commercialization strategy for Valiantys' solutions, establishing strong market positioning, compelling value propositions, and effective pricing models
- Collaborate with the CSO and solution creation teams to align marketing and commercialization efforts with solution development
- Partner with regional customer success and engagement teams to ensure marketing strategies support the entire customer journey, from pre-sale to solution adoption
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, integrating insights from regional customer success, engagement, and sales teams
- Align solution launches with corporate strategy and market demand, ensuring seamless execution across regions (North America, EMEA, APAC)
- Collaborate with customer success, sales, and delivery teams to ensure alignment across the solution lifecycle, from ideation to customer adoption
- Work closely with field and corporate marketing teams to design and deliver solution-specific campaigns that articulate value and differentiation
- Partner with the enablement team to equip the sales force with tools, messaging, and training to effectively position and sell solutions
- Ensure alignment between sales, customer success, and delivery functions to support a cohesive solution lifecycle
- Develop and refine solution messaging, ensuring all marketing materials—such as brochures, case studies, and digital content—are aligned with the commercialization strategy and resonate with target customers
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive long-term solution adoption and customer satisfaction
- Define KPIs to measure the success of solution marketing efforts across the customer lifecycle
- Leverage data-driven insights to refine commercialization models, enhance marketing impact, and drive continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT consulting or professional services, with a background in working closely with customer success and sales teams
- Familiarity with Atlassian and other enterprise technology providers
