Join GuidePoint Security as a VRM Operations Intern and contribute to a dynamic team focused on streamlining processes and ensuring data accuracy. This part-time, remote internship offers valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with various teams, including sales operations and manufacturing partners, to maintain Salesforce data, develop efficient processes, and provide administrative support. The internship is a 12-month commitment, paying $20/hour, and requires residing in the Pacific or Mountain Standard Time zones. Responsibilities include updating Salesforce, creating efficient processes, standardizing vendor accounts, responding to internal requests, and assisting with projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be self-motivated with strong ability to prioritize
- Must have outstanding attention to detail and commitment to follow-through
- Ability to work well with a team and collaborate
- Strong ability to multitask
- An unwavering positive attitude, strong drive for results, and the ability to deal with ambiguity are a must
- Must be open to receiving constructive feedback and applying it to improve their results
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely via email, phone, and written documents
- Ability to work flexible work schedule required
Responsibilities
- Keep salesforce.com up to date with all relevant Vendor information
- Help create a process to maximize efficiencies that will help audit our Vendor Partners to ensure the data in SFDC is accurate and up to date
- Work closely with the VRM team and Regional Sales Operations Team to help standardize on SFDC Vendor accounts
- Respond to internal requests from the GPS sellers
- Assist VRM Project Coordinator with projects as needed

Experience with SFDC preferred
