Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with Texas title warranty deeds and real estate transactions
• Deep knowledge of Texas real estate law and title procedures
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong grasp of legal document reviews
• Top-notch communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with clients and legal professionals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
• Experience with Texas title insurance companies or law firms
• Familiarity with Texas-specific real estate documentation and POA processes

Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft accurate warranty deeds and POAs for Texas real estate transactions
• Review property titles, legal descriptions, and POA documents, ensuring full compliance with Texas regulations
• Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and internal teams to facilitate smooth property transfers
• Stay updated on the latest Texas real estate laws to keep our processes sharp
