Summary

The job involves generating and navigating partnerships for a leading blockchain & fintech company as a Business Development Representative. The duties include outbound and inbound lead generation, staying updated on industry trends, contributing to best-in-class processes, working cross-functionally with other teams, and developing sales processes and presentations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working in partnerships, sales, business development, or similar roles in companies within the Web3. and Fintech. fields
  • Strong emphasis on outbound sales activities, including phone calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and participation in networking events
  • High organizational skills. Experience and versatility using CRM platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Run outbound and inbound lead generation efforts across multiple business avenues, such as exchange listings, wallet integrations, DeFi partnerships, etc
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partnership opportunities to conduct outreach to high-potential prospects
  • Develop familiarity and contribute to best-in-class processes and tools for managing client relations across the full customer lifecycle (reach, acquisition, conversion, retention, loyalty)
  • Work cross-functionally with product, marketing and customer success
  • Developing sales processes, contributing to marketing strategies, preparing for and conducting partner meetings, and developing presentations and proposals

Preferred Qualifications

The ability to speak other languages will be considered an asset
