Web Designer

Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a remote English-fluent Web Designer based in Latin America. You will create visual ads and social media graphics, design web pages and emails, and ensure visual content adheres to brand guidelines. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience in graphic design, and proficiency in HTML, CSS, WordPress, and design software. The ideal candidate will have experience with B2B companies and thrive in fast-paced environments. Compensation ranges from $1,000 to $1,500 USD per month as an independent contractor.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Have 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment
• Possess a strong understanding of design principles and a keen eye for detail. Offer creative suggestions to assigned projects
• Understand and have experience with HTML and CSS
• Demonstrate proven ability to work in platforms such as WordPress, Elementor, WP Bakery, Hubspot, Sharpspring, or Emma (or other email marketing platforms)
• Be proficient in using applications such as Photoshop, Canva. Illustrator and InDesign are a plus
• Have proven experience working with B2B companies
• Have proven experience (and enjoy) working in agencies and fast-paced environments
• Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Be able to work independently, following briefing and instructions, without the need for closer supervision
• Have excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create visual ads to proper and optimal sizing, depending on the target venue
• Develop and quality assure social media graphics to proper and optimal sizing, depending on the target venue
• Design web page layouts using platforms like WordPress and Elementor
• Design email layouts, including all required optimizations
• Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and is optimized for performance across different devices and platforms
• Prepare and resize images while maintaining proportional integrity and optimal file size appropriate to the intended use
• Carefully enter and proof data being inputted into online systems
• Review forms and transcriptions related to client leads and correspondence and qualifying/cleansing of the data
• Assist with various report assembly, research, and other marketing administrative tasks
