Web3/Blockchain Accelerator Program Manager

Summary

The job is for a Program Manager at Brinc, a global venture accelerator focusing on various technologies. The role involves managing operations for one of Brinc's web3 programs, identifying and investing in promising blockchain and DeFi startups.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in fast-paced environments in a related field such as consulting, venture capital, startup management or business management
• Strong interest in technology, startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital, ideally with experience in Blockchain and NFTs
• Personal involvement and engagement within the web3 space and activity on platforms such as Twitter, Telegram, and Discord
• Experience with operations and event planning
• Effective communicator and able to collaborate across departments and audiences
• Ensures accountability with self and others
• Can plan and prioritize to meet program objectives and organizational goals
• Can quickly adapt to different situations and stakeholders
• Experience in driving continuous process improvement and operational efficiency
• Fluent English language skills are a must, other languages a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our program partner team closely, specifically New Ventures, to execute the program and help build the next generation of disruptive Blockchain companies
• Partner with the Managing Director of Accelerators to develop the delivery plan and then take charge of the successful execution of the program
• Ensure the program follows best practices and executes upon planned content and curriculum
• Own all-year-round logistics, operations, administration, scheduling, calendar management and event planning for the program
• Support relationship management with Brinc’s Global network
• Recruit, hire and manage the Associate team
• Deliver the best possible accelerator experience to founders, mentors, partners, investors and other program stakeholders
• Represent Brinc in the local community and ecosystem, both actively and passively
