Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years experience working with large sample sizes and the data that comes with it (quantitative, qualitative, etc.)
• Minimum 5+ years experience with synthesis of data across multiple data sources (articles, telemetry, customer feedback, generative research, etc.)
• Minimum 2+ years experience with conducting benchmarking studies and generative research, the ability to identify opportunities to synthesize and summarize early

Preferred Qualifications

• An advanced degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, or related fields
• Experience conducting user research on AI, particularly generative AI (LLMs)
• Experience incorporating accessibility and DEI concerns in research from recruiting through analysis
