Requirements

• Experience working with Webflow CMS, interactions, and eCommerce functionalities
• Understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and web animation
• Familiarity with SEO best practices, site optimization, and web accessibility standards
• Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering polished, high-quality projects
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and launch visually appealing websites using Webflow
• Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to translate Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD designs into Webflow websites
• Implement custom animations, interactions, and responsiveness to enhance user experience
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices
• Manage CMS collections, structure databases, and ensure data integrity within Webflow
• Conduct troubleshooting and debugging for Webflow projects to maintain high-quality standards
• Keep updated with Webflow updates, new features, and web development best practices
• Support and train clients on maintaining content and making minor adjustments within Webflow

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Webflow development
• Basic knowledge of CMS platforms and Webflow integrations with third-party tools
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and version control (e.g., Git)
