Wellbeing Engagement Specialist

Summary

• Native and/or fluent in German and English
• Located in Munich or ability to travel to Munich regularly
• Prior experience in Campaign and Content Planning
• Prior experience in Event Hosting

Responsibilities

• Work alongside our Wellbeing Engagement team to create, plan and execute our wellbeing campaigns for our clients in Germany
• Write, review & translate the supporting copy for campaigns
• Create & coordinate the campaign assets and share them with internal stakeholders
• Liaise and work closely with our design agency to brief creative projects, quality check assets and content, and provide ongoing feedback
• Plan, prepare & host the online Wellhub information webinars and Wellbeing Webinars
• Track attendance and registration analytics
• Liaise with and manage partners & future speakers
• Support our communication plans and projects for key clients in Germany
• Support the German Client Planners in the development of communication plans and projects for our key clients
• Work closely with our design agency to brief projects, quality check assets and content and provide ongoing feedback
• Implement the client communication plans together with the planners

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma Certificate
• Software experience (we use Zoom, Asana, Google Workspace, Adobe - experience in all of these tools in not required as training will be provided)
