Summary

As a student, you will provide 1st-level support to clients, primarily in the evenings, focusing on the use of the special electronic lawyer mailbox (beA). You will assist users with troubleshooting and problem-solving. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and fluency in German. Requirements

• Be a student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Law, or a comparable field
• Demonstrate interest in the fields of digital transformation of the judiciary, administrative modernization with IT, and management consulting in the context of the public sector
• Possess good knowledge in the application and operation of Windows computers or macOS
• Exhibit strong communication skills, initiative, and solution orientation
• Display a customer-oriented mindset and teamwork skills
• Have fluent German language skills

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st-level support to clients, primarily between 5 PM and 8 PM
• Offer telephone support for using the special electronic lawyer mailbox (beA)
• Assist users with troubleshooting and problem-solving in their daily work
