Summary

Join Nagarro, a leading German IT full-service provider, as a student working part-time in the finance department. Support the team in processing incoming invoices, travel expenses, and credit card statements. Coordinate approvals for vendor invoices and maintain vendor master data. Contribute to the recording and control of various business transactions and related correspondence. The position can be based at one of our locations or remotely within Germany. This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program with a focus on accounting
• Precise and reliable working style
• Strong sense of responsibility and quality understanding
• Prior experience with Excel from your studies
• Native-level German and good English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support the team in processing incoming invoices, travel expenses, and credit card statements
• Coordinate approvals for vendor invoices
• Maintain and review vendor master data
• Perform various administrative tasks
