Summary

Join Nagarro's Learning & Development team in Kronberg im Taunus or Freiburg im Breisgau as a student support. You will assist in developing new training concepts and optimizing existing programs for the European service region. Responsibilities include managing training requests, organizing sessions, obtaining quotes, coordinating with participants, and handling post-training tasks like certificate generation and feedback collection. You will also manage internal communication and support the annual assessment process. This role requires proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational skills, teamwork abilities, and fluency in German and English. Requirements

• Be studying business administration with a focus on human resources

Responsibilities

• Support the development of new training concepts and the optimization of both new and existing training programs within the Service Region Europe
• Handle day-to-day operations, such as processing training requests
• Organize training sessions
• Obtain quotes
• Manage communication with training participants
• Review participant lists
• Generate certificates
• Handle feedback forms
• Oversee internal communication within our department, including managing our intranet site on Microsoft SharePoint
• Support the team during the annual assessment gate process
