Requirements

  • Be currently completing a bachelor's or master's degree in the field of business, communication, business psychology, HR Management, or social sciences or in a comparable course of study
  • Be enthusiastic about recruiting topics and want to gain (initial) experience in the recruiting environment of a global, dynamic company
  • Have creative ideas for approaching new talents and convince with your own initiative
  • Be an excellent team player and excite people with your open, outgoing manner
  • Have very good written and spoken German (C1-C2) and English (B2 upward) skills
  • Be quick on the uptake, work carefully and be results oriented

Responsibilities

  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team in active sourcing and identify talents via platforms such as Xing or LinkedIn
  • Assist in planning and organizing visits to university and recruiting fairs, as well as internal and external (employer branding) projects
  • Actively support in applicant management by planning, coordination of and conducting interviews and appointments
