Requirements

  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in lead generation or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software (CRM)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential sellers in our target market, focusing on distressed or under-market-value properties
  • Utilize various channels to find leads, such as foreclosure listings, FSBO sites, and public records
  • Conduct cold calling to motivated sellers and pre-qualify them for interest in selling
  • Build and maintain a database of potential buyers (cash buyers and real estate investors)
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and generate interest
  • Design and distribute marketing materials (e.g., emails, postcards, social media posts) to attract sellers
  • Utilize a CRM system (to be determined) to organize and track leads, follow-up communications, and deal progress
  • Maintain accurate records of all contacts, properties, and communication details

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of real estate terminology and practices
  • Experience with cold calling
