Summary
Join Naked Wines as a remote Wine Advisor Team Agent! This role focuses on outbound sales campaigns, contacting customers to build personalized wine selections. Success requires meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service. You'll need strong sales experience and the ability to build customer loyalty. This 100% remote position is open to candidates residing in California, Colorado, or Kansas. Competitive compensation includes hourly pay, commission, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

- Must live in the state of Colorado, California or Kansas for payroll tax purposes
- Must be eligible on your own to work in the US to qualify
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound sales through phone and text-based campaigns
- Work independently and within a team towards meeting specific sales, contact, and service targets with an expectation to meet or exceed these goals daily
- Gain knowledge of products, promotions, and winemakers in order to provide the most relevant and pertinent information to customers
- Provide the highest levels of service to provide solutions to customers in order to ensure that shipments are received in a timely and expected manner
- Provide support to the service team during high-volume periods
- Other tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant sales experience
- A combination of education and experience will be considered
- Wine knowledge

- $21.63/ hour + Commission
