This 100% remote role, available to California, Colorado, or Kansas residents, focuses on outbound sales campaigns to current customers. You will build personal connections, tailor wine cases, and meet sales targets while providing 5-star customer service. Success requires independent drive, sales experience (wine knowledge a plus), and the ability to exceed goals. The role involves outbound phone and text campaigns, product knowledge, customer support, and collaboration with the service team. - Must have the ability to connect to the internet- We do not have an allowance for this
- Must live in the state of Colorado, California or Kansas for payroll tax purposes
- Must be eligible on your own to work in the US to qualify. An employer-sponsored work visa is not currently available for this role
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound sales through phone and text-based campaigns
- Work independently and within a team towards meeting specific sales, contact, and service targets with an expectation to meet or exceed these goals daily
- Gain knowledge of products, promotions, and winemakers in order to provide the most relevant and pertinent information to customers
- Provide the highest levels of service to provide solutions to customers in order to ensure that shipments are received in a timely and expected manner
- Provide support to the service team during high-volume periods
- Other tasks, duties, or special projects as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant sales experience preferred
- A combination of education and experience will be considered
