Requirements
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret software manuals
- Proven experience with WordPress plugin management, troubleshooting, and QA
- Familiarity with building landing pages in Thrive Themes or similar tools
- Keen attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining high-quality
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with senior management
- Project management experience to juggle multiple tasks effectively
Responsibilities
- Manage WordPress plugins, content updates, and QA testing to keep our digital infrastructure running smoothly
- Liaise with software vendors to resolve bugs and technical issues
- Update website content and build sales and opt-in pages using Thrive Themes
- Configure and troubleshoot software tools as needed
- Complete basic graphic design tasks using Canva and edit video content for various projects
- Conduct quality assurance for website updates, landing pages, and campaigns
- Follow monthly SOPs for our online magazine, ensuring timely and accurate execution of tasks
- Handle general SEO tasks, such as fixing broken links etc
- Organise and project manage web and infrastructure projects across team members
Preferred Qualifications
- Intermediate to advanced graphic design skills
- Experience with CRO and funnel development
- Knowledge of PPC platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or Bing Ads
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Advanced webmaster skills (e.g., htaccess, CSS, PHP)
- Advanced video editing skills for PPC campaigns
- Team lead / people management experience
