Responsibilities

• Lead the cutover planning and execution activities for Workday implementations, ensuring seamless transition from legacy systems to Workday
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and project management, to define cutover timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate the activities of all stakeholders involved in the cutover process, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule
• Develop and maintain cutover plans, including milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and contingency plans
• Ensure data migration is executed smoothly, including validating data accuracy and completeness before and after the migration
• Identify potential risks and issues during cutover and develop strategies to address them proactively
• Provide guidance and support to the project team, ensuring all cutover tasks are aligned with project goals
• Perform post-cutover activities to monitor system performance and address any issues
• Ensure proper documentation of the cutover process and lessons learned for future reference
