Workday Finance Consultant

Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Workday Finance consultant, working remotely on a 1099 project-based basis. You will leverage your Workday expertise to provide consulting services to higher education clients. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to evaluate processes, design optimal solutions, and implement technical and process improvements. This role requires substantial Workday Finance expertise, particularly within higher education. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience working with senior leaders. Flexibility and remote work are key aspects of this position.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your knowledge of Workday to provide top-tier consulting services to higher education clients
• Engage with clients in higher education to assist them in fully leveraging their people, processes, policies, and technologies
• Work collaboratively with clients’ functional and technical teams and CampusWorks colleagues to evaluate current processes
• Design future-state optimal processes
• Architect, develop, test, train, and rollout process and technical solutions
• Assist clients in fully leveraging the features and functionality within the Workday ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in higher education, ERP implementation, and/or consulting
• Advanced degree
• Experience working with senior leaders as a partner and trusted advisor
• Experience with project management methodologies/software and/or process mapping/software
• Reporting, Analytics, and/or Business Intelligence experience
