Summary
Join VirtualResource (VR), a boutique consultancy optimizing HR systems and Workday, as a skilled Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics Architect. Lead the design and implementation of advanced reporting solutions, delivering strategic insights to clients through custom dashboards and data models. Support go-to-market initiatives, contribute to sales opportunities, and mentor team members. This remote role requires strong communication and time management skills, working with on-site and remote teams. You will manage your own day while meeting objectives and client demands. VR offers a flexible and supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Adaptive planning
- Strong proficiency across the full Workday Analytics suite , including Report Writer, Discovery Boards, Worksheets, Slides, and People Analytics
- Extensive experience managing data integration across Workday platforms and external data sources
- Proven ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights through reports and dashboards
- Detailed knowledge of data privacy, security, and embedding controls in reporting solutions
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing priorities, improvements, and upgrades
- Proven ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams including business users and other technology teams
- Workday certifications in Reporting and HCM
Responsibilities
- Develop Analytical Solutions using Workday reporting, Prism Analytics, and Adaptive to meet client-specific needs
- Design Data Solutions that support complex cross-functional HCM requirements through custom dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand intricate reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Manage Integrations between Workday, Prism, Adaptive, and external data sources, ensuring smooth data flow and integrity
- Embed Risk and Controls to ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
- Lead Continuous Improvement by staying up to date with Workday releases and proactively preparing for changes
- Coach and Mentor hub team members to support skill development and performance growth
Preferred Qualifications
- College or University Degree in HR or Information Systems
- Experience in HCM or Finance domains
- Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI and Tableau if possible
- Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
- Workday certifications in Prism Analytics
