Requirements

• Have experience with both 2D and 3D design
• Have proven experience in an animation studio, production company or advertising environment
• Understand art theory basics (composition and colour theory)
• Have a strong portfolio with examples of great 2D & 3D animation/motion graphic executions across a number of different channels
• Possess excellent skills in the Adobe package, with an emphasis on After Effects
• Possess excellent skills in storytelling and editing
• Have a love and understanding of mobile games, and gaming culture
• Have great attention to detail
• Be a standout creative
• Be super organised and professional
• Be a good communicator
• Be proactive
• Have excellent time and project management skills
• Have impeccable attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Work independently and with a range of different client stakeholders
• Solve problems both in your work and when work isn't going to plan
• Lead and motivate small teams of creatives
• Quality control content to ensure it is consistent in style, quality, and tone
• Adapt quickly to business needs
• Motivate creatives working alongside you

Preferred Qualifications

• Be experienced in typography and graphic design
• Have good illustration skills
• Be social media savvy
• Have experience in the production of content for user acquisition
