Summary

Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in training, education, communications, or related fields
  • 340B Expertise: In-depth knowledge of 340B regulations and best practices, with a commitment to staying updated on industry changes
  • Training Skills: Proven experience developing and delivering impactful training and producing clear documentation
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to simplify complex information for diverse audiences

Responsibilities

  • Design and Deliver Training: Create engaging training programs for internal teams and external clients, covering technical processes and operational workflows tailored to diverse skill levels
  • Develop Comprehensive Documentation: Produce and maintain user manuals, policies, procedures, and implementation forms to ensure clarity and alignment with compliance standards
  • Promote Operational Efficiencies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address inefficiencies, integrating solutions into training to enhance workflows
  • Support Continuous Improvement: Keep training materials updated with industry regulations, conduct time studies to optimize staffing, and capture metrics to inform process improvements
  • Lead Client Training: Train clients on proprietary systems and tools, ensuring they can use platforms effectively to achieve their goals
  • Be a Trusted Resource: Serve as a go-to expert for internal teams and clients, addressing questions and troubleshooting 340B-related issues

Preferred Qualifications

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) and an understanding of SFTP feeds, data acquisition, and proprietary systems is a plus
