Summary

Join Radiac, a leading manufacturer of abrasives, as their Mexico Account Manager in Coahuila, preferably in Saltillo/Ramos Arizpe. This field-based, home office position requires managing key accounts in Northwest Mexico, building customer relationships, developing new business, and increasing sales volume. You will be responsible for achieving revenue and profit targets, expanding market share, and documenting opportunities in the CRM. This role also involves supporting marketing initiatives, providing market intelligence, and representing Radiac at industry events. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of industrial sales experience, is bilingual, and holds a B.S. in engineering or equivalent experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years industrial sales experience
  • Bi-lingual
  • B.S. in engineering or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of abrasive product sales and metal finishing
  • Ability to travel to accounts 50% of your time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Well organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and a diverse set of objectives
  • Achieve goals with minimal supervision and guidance

Responsibilities

  • Manage and direct all sales for a set of key accounts generally located in Northwest Mexico
  • Establish customer relationships
  • Develop new business and increase sales volume
  • Develop/maintain strong customer relations and a deep understanding of market needs and competitive offerings
  • Identify new opportunities and work with the organization to position Radiac solutions to meet/exceed customer needs and competitive offerings
  • Achieve annual revenue and profit growth targets for assigned accounts
  • Increase market share with existing customers by developing value added solutions to address customer’s needs
  • Document and manage opportunities in the CRM tool
  • Develop and implement account growth plans that support the Company’s objectives and sales goals
  • Meet reporting requirements
  • Support marketing initiatives designed to increase revenue, gross margins and operating profits
  • Provide feedback to the Product Marketing Team, market intelligence with regards to product enhancements and expansion developments
  • Increase brand awareness and value by representing Radiac at local and national industry trade shows and events as needed
