Responsibilities
- Design and file regulatory paperwork related to the ongoing compliance requirements for accreditation
- Get up to speed on the specialized QA requirements for filing long forms and paperwork
- Collaboratively help both senior and junior academics reduce complexity in their new academic courses and degree designs
- Review compliance requirements and business needs to draft clear and concise policies and procedures related to accreditation, compliance, and education delivery
- Interact across cultural barriers with academic leaders, government officials, and others - remaining polite, patient, and cheerful despite challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Patience and persistence in the face of bureaucratic inertia
- Readiness to work in a start-up environment - you'll be a self-starter, able to take initiative in breaking ambiguous projects into concrete, time-bound steps
