Academic Advisor

Summary

Join Think Academy US as a Part-Time Remote Academic Advisor and provide expert guidance to parents, ensuring their children's needs are met. You will address client inquiries, engage potential clients, build strong relationships with parents, and develop plans to meet enrollment targets. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills. The position offers flexible remote work, performance-based commission, paid training, and professional growth opportunities. A Bachelor's degree is required, and experience in education, sales, or customer service is preferred. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with parents and students
• Demonstrate a high level of responsiveness to tasks and deadlines; maintains a professional and solution-oriented mindset
• Flexible schedule with availability for 20-30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills; proactive and resourceful in problem-solving and addressing client needs

Responsibilities

• Participating in training sessions to fully understand the company’s educational products and user needs
• Effectively addressing client inquiries about course offerings, schedules, teaching methods, and registration processes
• Engaging potential clients through various communication channels (phone, email, social media) to introduce courses and highlight the institution’s value
• Building strong relationships with parents by understanding their children’s academic needs and recommending suitable programs
• Developing and execute plans to meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets and improve resource conversion rates
• Monitoring sales performance and continuously refine approaches to achieve optimal results
• Collaborating with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration between enrollment and program delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in Teaching, Education, or Mathematics
• Prior experience in the education industry, sales, or customer service above 1-2 years
• Enthusiastic about education and helping students succeed; empathetic towards parents' needs and concerns
