Summary

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging and effective learning experiences, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, quizzes, and other supporting learning resources
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to analyze learning needs, gather content, and define learning objectives
  • Apply instructional design principles and best practices, challenge current processes, and drive innovation
  • Supervise the video post-production process with our external vendor, managing production schedules and ensuring brand consistency
  • Facilitate productive cross-departmental collaboration to support product adoption, ensuring regular and effective promotion and knowledge sharing
  • Contribute to the wider team initiatives focused on portfolio optimization, modularization, and the creation of learning journeys
  • Own a selection of courses and ensure proper maintenance and constant improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in teaching or the customer education sphere is a plus
